Resignation of Chief Financial Officer and Settlement of Debt


Vancouver, British Columbia – Shamrock Enterprises Inc. (CSE: SRS; the “Company”) announces that Ryan Cheung, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Ryan Cheung, has resigned in order to pursue other ventures.  The board wishes to extend its appreciation to Mr. Cheung for accounting services provided since the Company’s inception.

The Company has entered into an agreement with Midland Management Ltd., a private company owned by Mr. Cheung, to settle debt of $32,500 by the issuance of 650,000 common shares at $0.05 per share.  The shares will be subject to a four month hold period.
